LinuxのLinux Kernelにおける不特定の脆弱性

概要

Linuxカーネルにおいて、以下の脆弱性が修正されました。nilfs2において、チェックポイント取得失敗時のWARN_ONをnilfs_errorに置き換えました。ディスク上のチェックポイントメタデータに異常があるため、チェックポイントの作成または最終化に失敗するとカーネル警告が生成されていました。このパッチはWARN_ONをnilfs_errorに置き換えることで、panic_on_warnで起動したカーネルがパニックを起こさないようにします。nilfs_errorは異常なファイルシステム状態を適切に処理します。また、検出されたエラーコードをI/Oエラーに置き換え、内部のエラーコードが呼び出し元に返されないようにしています。
